Employment Senior Associate (8 years+)Â
We’re looking for an experienced Employment Law solicitor to join an Employment Law team in Edinburgh. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for employment law to work with large employers and senior executives across Scotland.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a range of employment law cases efficiently and effectively
- Provide advice on employment disputes, employee rights, and represent clients in employment tribunals
- Give clear, practical advice within tight timelines
- Help grow the business by building client relationships and contributing to client seminars and other marketing activities
- Work as part of a supportive team to help achieve the team’s goals
What They’re Looking For
- 8 years'+ PQE in employment law with experience advising large employers
- Strong knowledge of both contentious and non-contentious employment law
- Ability to build client relationships and contribute to business development
