Employment Senior Associate (8 years+) 

We’re looking for an experienced Employment Law solicitor to join an Employment Law team in Edinburgh. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for employment law to work with large employers and senior executives across Scotland.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a range of employment law cases efficiently and effectively
  • Provide advice on employment disputes, employee rights, and represent clients in employment tribunals
  • Give clear, practical advice within tight timelines
  • Help grow the business by building client relationships and contributing to client seminars and other marketing activities
  • Work as part of a supportive team to help achieve the team’s goals

What They’re Looking For

  • 8 years'+ PQE in employment law with experience advising large employers
  • Strong knowledge of both contentious and non-contentious employment law
  • Ability to build client relationships and contribute to business development
