It’s ideal for a senior solicitor who enjoys delivering practical, commercially focused advice and is looking to take the next step in their career with a supportive and ambitious team.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of employment matters efficiently and independently
- Advise on employment disputes, employee rights, contracts and internal procedures
- Represent clients at employment tribunals and other hearings
- Provide clear, concise advice under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to business development through networking, client seminars and marketing activity
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to support team goals
Your Profile:
- 1-5 years’ PQE with a strong background in employment law
- Comfortable advising large employers and handling complex matters
- Experience across both contentious and advisory work
- Strong communication skills and a commercial approach
- Interest in contributing to client development and mentoring junior team members
