NQ Private Client Solicitor (Eng/Dual Qualified)A highly regarded Scottish private client team is seeking an English-qualified or dual-qualified Solicitor to join its practice in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified Solicitor to develop their career in a supportive environment, working with high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurial families.

The Role:This position offers a varied and rewarding workload across asset protection, succession and tax planning, trusts and business governance. The successful candidate will:

• Advise on wills, powers of attorney, trusts and family governance
• Assist with tax-efficient structures for personal and business assets
• Collaborate with clients' tax advisors, wealth planners and accountants
• Manage your own caseload and contribute to team-wide work
• Draft legal documents and maintain accurate case records
• Get involved in content creation, training and business development

About You:

• NQ English-qualified or dual-qualified solicitor
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and trusts
• Commercial awareness and excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to work towards STEP qualifications
