They are growing and seeking a Project Administrator organised, proactive, and ready to take ownership of key admin and coordination tasks.

As Project Administrator you will besupporting high-impact safety and compliance projects that help protect homes and communities. You will be required to liaise closely with engineers, project managers and clients to coordinate schedules, documentation, and logistics.

You will need to demonstrate experience as a Project Administrator and that you're highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment as this could lead onto an exciting career.

Duties involved:

  • Schedule and coordinate engineer visits and documentation
  • Support project managers with logistics and procurement
  • Maintain accurate client records and system data
  • Arrange and book appointments with clients over the telephone
  • Assist with quotes, permits, and supplier follow-ups
