Job Details - Job Title: On-Train Hospitality Assistant - Location: Edinburgh Waverley (Must be within a 45-minute travel distance)- Salary: £24,953 per annum + 3% commission- Training: 7 days of commercial training + a 2-day induction programme - Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week - Hours: Rotational shifts between 6:30 AM - 10 PM, across 5 days out 7Start Dates in June.Role Overview As a valued team member, you'll be the face of the organisation, creating a welcoming and secure environment for passengers. - Deliver an exceptional travel experience-making passengers feel safe, supported, and valued. - Ensure accessibility for all by assisting passengers with disabilities, including operating a portable ramp when required. Full training and support will be provided. - Navigate diverse situations-from handling payments to managing travel queries and crowd control with professionalism and care. - Champion inclusion by fostering an environment where all passengers, regardless of ability, feel respected and empowered.
