Location: Edinburgh Office (Fully Office-Based)

Salary: 24,000 (Guaranteed salary progression)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About the Role:
My client is looking for two enthusiastic individuals to join their Office Services team as Trainee Office Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity for school leavers, graduates, or anyone seeking to train in a new sector.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide essential office support to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
* Open and scan incoming mail; prepare and manage outgoing mail.
* Advise staff on mail delivery options, including arranging couriers and hand deliveries.
* Scan and copy documents accurately as instructed.
* Create and maintain client paper files and update library materials.
* Input data for processing closed files and client documents for off-site storage.
* Perform ad hoc duties such as banking, post office runs, and local deliveries.
* Provide reception cover when required.
