The client, a leading tier 1 main contractor, is seeking a dependable and qualified freelance Site Manager to support the daily operation a flagship construction project. The freelance assignment will last for 4-6 months and will offer an exciting opportunity to manage an iconic project in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee subcontractor activity and daily operations on site
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance
- Coordinate construction, civil and engineering works in line with project milestones
- Liaise with site teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
What You Bring:
- Valid Black or Gold CSCS card, and full PPE
- Essential certifications: SMSTS, First Aid, plus relevant professional or academic qualifications
- Proven site management experience on large-scale construction projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
