Overview
First Achieve Recruitment are seeking an experienced Above Ground 360 Material Handler Operator to join a highly respected company within the recycling and waste management sector.
This role is ideal for an operator with proven above-ground experience using grabs, magnets, and scrap handling attachments.
Key Responsibilities
Operate above-ground 360 material handlers safely and efficiently.
Handle, sort, and load/unload various recyclable materials and scrap metals.
Utilise grabs, magnets, and other attachments to move materials effectively.
Carry out daily machine checks and report maintenance issues.
Work collaboratively with yard and plant teams to maintain smooth material flow.
Ensure compliance with all health & safety and site regulations.
Requirements
Valid 360 Material Handler / Excavator Ticket (CPCS or NPORS).
Proven above-ground operating experience within a recycling, scrap, or waste environment.
Experience using grabs and/or magnets.
Strong awareness of site safety and compliance standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Please note: This role is specifically for operators with above-ground experience.
