They are seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer to join their Building Engineering Team as a technical discipline lead.
The role requires a degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering and chartered status or pursuing chartership, along with demonstrable experience in leading complex projects in critical environments, healthcare, or data centers.
Responsibilities include managing mechanical work packages, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, and mentoring junior colleagues.
The position offers a competitive salary, with a requirement of at least five years of relevant experience.

Asanintegralmemberoftheirmulti-disciplinaryengineeringteam,youwillberesponsibleforthemechanicaldesignpackagesandoverallmechanicaldiscipline.Thisrolewillharnessyourcoredatacentreskillsandexperiencetoprovidetechnicalguidanceondiscipline-specificdatacentreprojects,aswellasmentoringanddevelopingjuniorcolleagues.

Leadingtheplanningandmanagingthedeliveryofthemechanicalworkpackagescomplexprojects
Leadingprojectsandworkingcloselywiththedatacentreclientstodeliverqualityworktomeettheirspecificneeds
Presentingtechnicalmaterialforreviewbytechnicalandnon-technicalaudiences
Contributingtoconceptualdesignstudiesandreportsforyourdisciplineandpackage
Collaboratewithmulti-disciplinaryteams
