Overview

Peace Recruitment are working with a high end national house builder and due to an increased workload, are looking to recruit for a Customer Service Manager to be based out of the Falkirk office and cover the east of Scotland.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the customer service team.
  • Manage and oversee the work of any defects related to complaints in accordance with company standards.
  • Complying with responsibilities in the companiesHS&E policy and ensure compliance throughout the team.
  • Working with contractors to resolve any customer complaints.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service management role, specifically in the house building / construction industry.
  • Experience of managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office suite.
  • Full UK driving license.

Day-to-day

  • This is a hybrid role with one day per week based from head office and the other four days per week split between working from home and out on site.
  • This is a contract role initially with the opportunity to be made permanent after 6 months.
  • Meet with customers to discuss any issues.
  • Review customer service metrics and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise and book in any sub-contractors and operatives when required.
