Job

The role of Payroll Business Partner will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

  • Managing and supporting two Payroll Officers
  • Ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing and reporting
  • Offering guidance on statutory payroll queries (PAYE, NI, pensions)
  • Leading and improving payroll systems
  • Reviewing and updating payroll policies and procedures
  • Supporting wider finance transformation projects
  • Working closely with finance leadership to ensure operational continuity

You

As a Payroll Business Partner you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

  • Proven experience in payroll management
  • Ideally experience using ITrent (or ability to quickly learn new systems)
  • Knowledge of PAYE, NI, Auto Enrolment, and statutory reporting
  • Ability to lead, develop and support a small team
  • Comfortable in fast-paced and values-led environments
  • Third sector experience desirable but not essential
