Job
The role of Payroll Business Partner will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
- Managing and supporting two Payroll Officers
- Ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing and reporting
- Offering guidance on statutory payroll queries (PAYE, NI, pensions)
- Leading and improving payroll systems
- Reviewing and updating payroll policies and procedures
- Supporting wider finance transformation projects
- Working closely with finance leadership to ensure operational continuity
You
As a Payroll Business Partner you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
- Proven experience in payroll management
- Ideally experience using ITrent (or ability to quickly learn new systems)
- Knowledge of PAYE, NI, Auto Enrolment, and statutory reporting
- Ability to lead, develop and support a small team
- Comfortable in fast-paced and values-led environments
- Third sector experience desirable but not essential
