About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Property Manager to lead our dynamic Estate Agency team. This is a pivotal role that combines leadership, client engagement, and operational oversight. You will manage a team of three property managers and oversee all aspects of property sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of three property managers (1 full-time office-based, 2 part-time)
  • Conduct pre-sale valuations and advise clients on property value and sales strategy
  • Prepare property brochures and advertising narratives
  • Organise home reports, photography, floor plans, and virtual tours
  • Liaise with clients throughout the sales process, setting closing dates and negotiating offers
  • Advise clients on purchase matters
  • Oversee daily operations of property systems including CRM, BDP, ESPC, Rightmove Plus, Facebook, and company website
  • Manage property and viewing diaries, and coordinate viewing agents
  • Handle invoices for subcontractors and service agents
  • Collaborate with the Management Team on monthly property matters
  • Ensure marketing literature is current and accurate
  • Conduct free pre-sale valuations (pitches)
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Estate Agency/property environment, ideally in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent phone manner and professional communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and deadline adherence
  • Enthusiastic and client-focused approach
