First People Solutions are partnering with a leading civil engineering firm who specialise in earthworks on power and renewable energy projects, and we are recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis to cover projects through Scotland.

You will ideally be located in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Fife or anywhere else throughout the central belt and able to travel to various sites throughout Scotland when required.

You will need to have:

  • Strong track record in quantity surveying from a civils point of view on energy and renewable energy projects such as substations and wind farms.
  • Ability to plan work efficiently and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Confident communicator, able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK manual driving licence.
  • Flexibility to travel to sites across Scotland.
