We are currently working on behalf of a highly regarded property firm to recruit an experienced Commercial Administrator to join their busy and growing team based in Edinburgh.
The Role;
This varied and fast-paced role involves providing vital administrative support across both residential and commercial teams. Key responsibilities will include:
Audio typing of reports and correspondence
Inputting instruction data onto internal systems
Raising fees and processing documentation
Coordinating staff diaries and managing appointments
Overseeing the property key logbook for viewings
Handling incoming telephone calls professionally
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the office
Providing wider administrative support where required
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a property or surveying environment, though this is not essential.
You'll be someone who thrives under pressure, demonstrates initiative, and enjoys problem-solving. Strong communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines are essential, as is a proactive approach to delivering excellent client service.
Key Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an office-based administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
