The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration support to the business on an ongoing temp basis initially for up to 8 weeks, with potential for extension & may become permanent depending on performance in the role.Duties involved in this role will include:* Acting as front desk Receptionist for the team, taking & transferring calls in a polite & professional manner* Carrying out comprehensive administration across the team, including but not limited to managing & ordering office supplies * Travel management for the team, including booking travel & accommodation and carrying out all associated administration* Various ad hoc general administration duties as directedIn order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:* Previous experience within an administration role with some exposure to either front desk work or customer service - this experience is essential even though training on the internal system & processes will be provided * Solid IT Skills including the full MS Office suite* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Excellent organisation, attention to detail & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise & complete your workload effectivelyIf this is the role for you, apply now!Please note that only applicants who have the required skills and experience detailed above will be considered for this role.
