An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Employee Benefits Consultant to join a dynamic and growing team within an award-winning Financial Services group.
With a strong reputation for agile, innovative consultancy and trusted client support, you will work with a diverse client base - from SMEs to multinational corporations - delivering tailored benefit solutions that go beyond industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients
- Advise on and deliver solutions across Pensions, Group Risk, Healthcare, and bespoke benefits
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely billing
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Prepare client reports, tenders, and implement flexible benefit platforms
Must haves:
- A minimum Level 4 qualification
- Prior experience delivering Employee Benefits consultancy
- Strong knowledge of Group Risk, Healthcare and Pension markets
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with excellent client management skills
