We are currently seeking a Fulfilment Consultant to manage key client relationships in the region, specializing in Social Care. This role will focus on placing qualified social workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure an exceptional experience for all candidates interacting with Randstad's clients.
  • Drive new business development, manage accounts, and generate leads.
  • Meet or exceed established performance targets.
  • Maintain accurate systems management and compliance within your portfolio.
  • Managing systems and compliance on your desk
