Our Edinburgh office is based within a modern office space in the West of Edinburgh offering a light, open-plan, dog friendly, communal workspace, with car parking facilities on site and easily accessible commuter links.
We offer a market leading uncapped commission structure, an annual bonus, quarterly target club, consultant of the month prizes. We run office incentives which includes weekend trips away to European cities, a day at the races, spa experiences etc. Previous examples of our annual incentives include all expensed trips to Lanzarote, Ibiza, Marbella, Barcelona, Albufeira and Miami including business class flights and 5* hotels.
We also provide extended lunch breaks to use the gym, early finishes on a Friday, go on regular social nights/incentive days and shut down over the festive period so you can spend more time with friends and family.
About Conrad Consulting
Consultants in their first year can expect to earn on average 7,000 - 10,000 commission, (on top of their basic salary) in their second year this can go up to 15,000 - 25,000 and for the more motivated consultants this has been seen to go up to 30,000.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, building relationships and be involved with each stage of the decision-making processes, whilst advising your candidates with your expert knowledge. This consultancy environment is very much "you get out what you put in", so if you're committed and hard-working, you will quickly see results and with us the potential is limitless.
