My client is looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a premium hospitality space in Edinburgh. The role involves managing the team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and welcoming experience.

Youll have solid management experience in hospitality, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach. Calm, organised, and service-driven, you know how to motivate a team and maintain high standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years supervisory or management experience
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills
- Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene standards
- Flexible to work early mornings and evenings
- Eligible to work in the UK (5-year background and criminal record checks required)
