Join Our Summer Turn Team at iQ!
Summer Turn is a key time at iQ Student Accommodation - as students move out, we refresh our buildings for the new academic year. It's fast-paced, hands-on, and all about teamwork. You'll help clean, repair, and prepare rooms and shared spaces to our high standards, ensuring a great experience for summer guests and returning students.
Your Role:
- Carry out minor repairs, painting, and basic plumbing
- Support move-in days and help with furniture moves
- Work closely with the Maintenance Technician and wider team
- Ensure health & safety standards are met at all times
What We're Looking For:
- Handy with tools and confident in basic maintenance
- Friendly, reliable, and a great team player
- Flexible and ready to get stuck in
- Trade qualifications are a bonus, but not essential
You'll Work With:
- Our Operations Manager
- On-site team members
- Our residents
