Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide encouragement and support to students adapting to university-level academics.
  • Help students maintain their motivation.
  • Facilitate students' transition to university life by explaining routines.

  • Assist students in implementing strategies for managing workload, organization, and time.
  • Communicate with Randstad and the Disability Support team (when necessary) regarding student progress, support needs, or well-being.
