Your Responsibilities:
- Provide encouragement and support to students adapting to university-level academics.
- Help students maintain their motivation.
- Facilitate students' transition to university life by explaining routines.
- Support the development of independence and communication skills with peers and staff.
- Assist students in implementing strategies for managing workload, organization, and time.
- Communicate with Randstad and the Disability Support team (when necessary) regarding student progress, support needs, or well-being.
What We Are Looking For:
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Understanding of the Higher Education environment.
- Awareness of the challenges disabled individuals may face in higher education.
- Significant experience and skill in working with disabled people.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Strong attention to detail.
