Your new role 
As Service Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care services across the Edinburgh area. You'll manage a team of care professionals, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage care teams to deliver outstanding service
- Ensure compliance with CQC and local authority standards
- Monitor service performance and implement improvements
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Manage recruitment, training, and development of staff
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a care management role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards
