Position:Part-Time Floor Staff
Location:Dublin Street, New Town, Edinburgh
Hours:20-24 hours per week (flexible scheduling available)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, can-do attitude
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and assist customers with any needs
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests
- Ensure the smooth operation of the floor and assist with general bar tasks as required
- Be a positive and approachable presence for guests
Skills & Experience:
- Bar experience is ideal, but not essential we're happy to train the right person
- A passion for customer service and creating positive experiences
- Confident, friendly, and approachable
- Ability to work well within a team and under pressure
- Flexible, reliable, and punctual
