Key Responsibilities

  • Investigation Management: Conduct thorough investigations into employee-related issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Case Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation for each case, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including HR, legal, and management teams, to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure all investigations are conducted in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Recommendations: Provide clear and actionable recommendations based on investigation findings.
