A large global professional services organisation are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Employee Investigator for a 6-month contract role. This position offers a daily rate of £220 per day via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) and we are able to offer fully remote working with some travel to your local office when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigation Management: Conduct thorough investigations into employee-related issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Case Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation for each case, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including HR, legal, and management teams, to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure all investigations are conducted in line with company policies and procedures.
- Recommendations: Provide clear and actionable recommendations based on investigation findings.
