This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Blockchain Developer to lead the design and development of a custom platform - backed by tangible assets like gold and silver.
You'll play a pivotal role in a greenfield project that blends cutting-edge blockchain engineering with real-world financial infrastructure. No forks. No clones. Just original, high-performance architecture built from scratch with a focus on transparency, security, and utility.
This group of organisations is purpose-driven, entrepreneurial, and unafraid to challenge the status quo. You'll join a small, elite team working at the intersection of finance, cryptography, and distributed systems - with full ownership and autonomy to shape the future of this sovereign blockchain ecosystem.
On offer is a rare opportunity to be part of something fast-moving and meaningful, with real autonomy, responsibility, and the potential for rapid progression.
The Role:
- Build a brand-new blockchain protocol from the ground up
- Design and implement consensus mechanisms (PoS, PoA, or novel alternatives)
- Develop low-level code in Rust, Go, or C++
- Create tools and APIs to support validators, wallets, and ecosystem developers
- Perform code reviews and contribute to protocol optimisation and security
The Person:
- Good years of blockchain development experience, ideally at protocol level
- Strong coding skills in Rust, Go, or C++
