This is a key leadership role focused on elevating engineering maturity, driving innovation, and delivering cloud-native applications that align with strategic business priorities.Key Responsibilities:

Lead engineering strategy and delivery across feature teams, fostering a strong culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Evangelise emerging technologies and modern engineering practices.
Mentor and guide large technical teams, promoting high standards in code quality, DevSecOps, and automation.
Drive the development of cloud-native applications, with a strong focus on modern JavaScript frameworks and API/microservices architecture.
Monitor and improve engineering maturity across teams.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, manage technical dependencies, and communicate effectively through strong storytelling and influence.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Strong background in JavaScript frameworks, microservices, and API development.
Experience in building modern applications with cloud-native architectures.
Proven leadership in large technical teams, with an Agile and product-focused mindset.
Expertise in engineering culture, DevSecOps, and automation.
Experience with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Strategic thinking, innovation, and thought leadership in a technical context.
Ability to measure, mentor, and uplift engineering maturity across multiple teams.
