The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and friendly welcome to clients, guests, and employees. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, answering phones, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks to support daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Provide accurate information to clients and guests.
Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage conference room bookings.
Perform basic clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
Assist with administrative support tasks for other departments as needed.
Handle client and employee inquiries with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
