We are seeking a Microsoft Modern Workplace Technical Consultant to join a growing digital consultancy that helps organisations transform the way they collaborate and engage through modern workplace solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of Microsoft 365 technologies, designing and implementing digital workplace solutions that truly enhance productivity, communication, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to assess their workplace challenges and advise on how Microsoft 365 tools can unlock better ways of working.
  • Build and deploy modern workplace solutions across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related services.
  • Ensure smooth integration with existing systems, tailoring configurations to fit each client's environment.
  • Guide clients through adoption by delivering training, clear documentation, and practical support.
  • Take ownership of the technical delivery life cycle, from design through to handover.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 apps, particularly Teams and SharePoint Online.
  • Track record in designing, configuring, and rolling out digital workplace solutions.
  • Awareness of modern collaboration practices and how to embed them effectively.
  • Some knowledge of SharePoint development (SPFx) and integration methods.
  • Excellent communicator, able to translate technical solutions for non-technical audiences
