Alecto Recruitment are currently working with a Large Waste Management Company, who are looking to expand their team.
We are currently looking for a Shift Production Supervisor with relevant experience to work on a shift basis within a Waste Recycling Facility in North London.
Job Brief
To support the Engineering Team with all Operational Electrical Engineering.
During this role, you will be required to;
- Work alongside and support multiple Production Supervisors on site.
- Provide advice and expertise on the current running of the plant when requested.
- Comply with all health and safety to the highest standard.
- Monitor performance and standards on shift.
- To deputise in absence of the Operations Manager.
- Monitoring staff training and compliance and support the management of production teams.
- Use CMMS Systems to comply with existing site procedures.
Requirements
- MUST have previous management/supervisory experience within Production and/or Manufacturing.
- WAMITAB is desired or some form of H&S certification.
- Should have general understanding on Engineering/mechanical principles.
- Proven experience within process plant, production/manufacturing or similar industries.
- Experience within a Heavy Industry or Process plant Facility.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
Package Details
- Salary is 45,000 a year.
- This role is worked on a 4 on 4 off shift basis, based on 12-hour shifts.
