This is the perfect role for an EYFS Teaching Assistant with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to help children settle, learn, and grow. A childcare qualification at Level 2 or 3 would be a significant advantage.
About the EYFS Teaching Assistant Role:
Supporting learning through play, phonics, and structured activities
Helping to manage daily routines and encourage independence
Assisting with observations and assessments of pupils' progress
Ideal Candidate:
Prior experience as an EYFS Teaching Assistant
Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare or Early Years Education - desirable
Calm, encouraging, and dependable in the classroom
Available to work full-time during school term times
