Are you a HR Advisor with experience on operations looking to join an industry leading and rapidly growing company that are offering an exciting new opportunity where you will receive training and progression opportunities to management?

You will be playing a crucial role supporting the Human Resources function within an operation setting by acting as the bridge between the Operations team and HR department ensuring alignment between business objectives and HR initiatives.

This company have rapidly expanded and are looking to continue their growth, they have built an astounding reputation within the industry by providing an excellent and efficient service for their customers. They handle waste and residual products from the construction and civil engineering sector and converts them into resources through reuse, recycling or energy recovery.

This role would suit a HR Advisor who enjoys working in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same, as you will be covering the HR and Operations departments and require to occasionally travel between sites.

The Role:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all employee relations queries.
  • Provide advice on HR policies and procedures
  • Support the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers
  • Help implement employee development programs to promote growth and increase retention
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
  • Occasional travel between sites to cover operations
  • Identify training needs within operational teams and coordinate relevant development programs.

The Person:

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration or a similar field
  • Experience in a HR role within a fast paced environment.
