About the Role

The Deputy Manager - Care position provides a dedicated professional the opportunity to work closely with the Home Manager to maintain high standards of resident care and team support. This role focuses on resident wellbeing, medication management and staff development, ensuring a compassionate, effective care environment.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or Registered Nurse )

  • Knowledge of person-centred care planning and safeguarding protocols
  • Satisfactory Care Character Assessment
  • Ability to commute from within 30 minutes of the location
