What Youll Do:

  • Handle First Notification of Loss (FNOL) motor claims with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage a varied caseload, handling claims through telephone and written correspondence.
  • Act as the main point of contact for policyholders and brokers, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Identify and escalate fraudulent activity or questionable underwriting concerns.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality service while adhering to company and regulatory policies.

What Were Looking For:

  • Strong customer service and computer skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive problem-solver with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in motor claims handling (for higher salary consideration).
  • CII Certificate (or willingness to work towards it with company support).
  • Minimum Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
