Children's Mentor Role:

Are you looking to work with children who have additional needs and mentoring in the right direction? Then this role is for you.

We are working in partnership with a lovely SEN school in Bolton who are looking for a supportive Children's Mentor to support pupils with additional learning needs such as Autism, ADHD andphysical disabilities. This is a fanstastic school with state of the art faciliates to support their pupils. You will be supporting pupils both 1:1 and in small groups to progress in their learninng and development.

This is a full time role Monday to Friday 8:30-3:30pm

Ideal Candidates will:
- Have previous experience working in schools supporting children with SEND needs.
- Will be confident and have excellent communication skills
- Work collaboratively with the learning support team

Safeguarding children and young people is at the heart of what we do and we undertake checks on all the candidates we work with. As such, all post holders are subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. If you do not have a subscription to the DBS Update Service, you may be required to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process. We offer all our registered candidates free safeguarding and prevent duty training.
