Your new companyA leading nationwide firm of accountants and business advisors.Your new roleYou will take ownership of your own portfolio, your day to duties will include:

  • Manage case delivery, including pre-appointment, case progression and closure,?as well as ensuring all aspects of casework are completed in a timely manner
  • This is a pivotal role when it comes to investigations into directors and debtors' conduct as you will be attending interviews with directors, bankrupts and other relevant parties
  • Work collaboratively with directors and employees both pre- and post-appointment?as well as liaising with solicitors on specific legal issues arising on cases
  • Attend meetings with creditors and shareholders
  • Point of contact for dealing with claims and queries from creditors and declaring dividends
