Role responsibilities

  • Providing tax planning and compliance services to a portfolio of privately owned businesses
  • Advising clients on shareholder matters, reorganisations, transactions and succession planning
  • Overseeing corporate tax returns and ensuring high-quality, accurate reporting
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce tax liabilities and add long-term value for clients
