Freightserve recruitment is seeking an Air Export Clerk for a reputable Freight Forwarder located in Thorpe, Surrey.
The role involves managing shipments from start to finish, including contacting shippers, arranging collections, and completing MAWB and HAWBs.
Candidates should possess strong negotiation skills with airlines to maximize margins and must be able to complete Customs entries and provide quotations.
The position requires a high level of customer service and operates Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30.
A competitive salary is offered, and candidates should have relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry.

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Air Export Clerk for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Thorpe, Surrey area.

Job role:-

Be able to complete a job start to finish
Contact shippers.
Arrange collections.
Completing MAWB & HAWBs
Demonstrate negotiations with airlines for maximum margin.
Complete Customs entries
Provide quotations
High customer service levels throughout providing agents post flights, departure etc.

Working hours : Monday- Friday (0900-1730).
