  • The successful Support Worker you will care for your client on a live-In or home visit basis, where you will have the opportunity to work one to one in a calm environment that feels secure for the resident.
  • As a Support Worker you will also need to be proactive in completing regular supervisions with staff and set a leading example of good practice.
Person Specification
  • 2 years’ minimum experience working within Mental Health services including DID, Eating Disorder and self-harm.
  • Strong communication and engagement skills.
  • Car Driver with Full UK Licence.
  • You will have caring and empathetic attitude.
  • Transferable fully enhanced DBS.
