Service Care Solutions is recruiting a Female Community Support Worker in West Cumbria to assist a female resident in her home.
The position is a 12-week temporary to permanent contract with full-time 12-hour shifts available from Monday to Sunday.
The pay rate is £15.36 per hour through Umbrella Ltd or £13.63 per hour equivalent PAYE for weekday day shifts.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Mental Health services, including expertise in areas such as DID, Eating Disorders, and self-harm.
This role requires strong communication skills, a full UK driving license, and a caring attitude, and is open to female applicants only due to occupational requirements.

The successful Support Worker you will care for your client on a live-In or home visit basis, where you will have the opportunity to work one to one in a calm environment that feels secure for the resident.
As a Support Worker you will also need to be proactive in completing regular supervisions with staff and set a leading example of good practice.

Person Specification

2 years’ minimum experience working within Mental Health services including DID, Eating Disorder and self-harm.
Strong communication and engagement skills.
Car Driver with Full UK Licence.
You will have caring and empathetic attitude.
Transferable fully enhanced DBS.
