Sales Team Leader

Elland

Basic £27-£30K realistic OTE of £45K -£60K

Monday to Friday 08.30-5PM

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Team Leader to join our amazing Sales Team . The main responsibilities of this role are to manage a team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers coupled with managing your own account base, by completing daily tasks and maintaining relationships with vendors and customers. This role will be predominantly office 

Your duties and experience
  • Leading by example 
  • Reporting to the team about goals and objectives of the business and ensuring targets are met
  • Ensuring the team receive and are offered support where required
  • Assisting with Training and guidance
  • Managing own account base by developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers and vendors
  • Stretching width of wallet with existing customers
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct
Previous experience
  • Proven experience working within a sales or senior sales role
  • Ability to set and achieve set KPI's 
  • Confident in leading a team and providing support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
