Salary: £24,000 - £25,000

Location: Elland HD2

We're looking for a Customer Service Executive to become a vital part of our Operations team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and suppliers, ensuring smooth service delivery and maintaining high standards of customer care.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing inbound and outbound customer queries via tickets, phone, and email
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve service-related issues
  • Monitoring service portals and ensuring timely responses to service requests
  • Keeping customer records and CRM systems up to date
  • Generating reports and maintaining service trackers
  • Supporting reception duties and collaborating across departments

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet service level agreements
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and generating reports

Working Hours:

  • Monday: 8:15 - 17:00
  • Tuesday to Thursday: 8:30 - 17:00
  • Friday: 8:30 - 16:00(Some flexibility required based on business needs)
