HR Advisor
Temporary until August
Elland based
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage ER casework from start to finish, providing regular support to operational managers.
- Manage key stakeholders and managers with advice and guidance on ER related matters.
- Train, coach and develop managers on all HR processes and procedures.
- Support or Lead on annual projects focusing on enhancing ER processes and updated policies.
We are looking for:
- Proven experience managing ER cases from start to finish.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience.
- Strong Employment Law knowledge.
- Very good communicator, both written and verbal.
