Experienced Employee Benefits Consultant

Location:West Yorkshire (Hybrid: 2 days remote, 3 days office)
Hours:35 hours per week (flexible working options)
Salary:£38,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)

Were seeking an experiencedEmployee Benefits Consultantwith expertise ingroup risk solutions & private medicalto join theirclose-knit team. Youll play a key role in advising corporate clients on employee benefits strategies, conducting market reviews, and ensuring optimal group risk solutions. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys blending technical expertise with client-facing consultancy.
