Your responsibilities-
- Ensure customers orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Working closely with various in-house departments to ensure the smooth running of operations.
- Provide bespoke quotations.
- Ordering inventory.
- Supporting customers with their queries via phone and email.
- Accurately input all customer orders/details onto the system.
- Check and identify any pricing discrepancies.
The ideal candidate-
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Sage is essential.
- Time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
