Electrical Supervisor

ITS Construction is working in partnership with a highly respected international Principal Contractor to recruit an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a long-term Energy Recovery Facility project based in Chester. Role Overview

As the Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of electrical site activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Duties include:

• Supervising and coordinating site-based electrical teams

• Managing subcontractors and working closely with the Principal Contractor

• Ensuring compliance with BS 7671 and all relevant safety regulations

• Overseeing quality inspections and managing site documentation

• Troubleshooting and resolving on-site electrical issues

• Maintaining materials and resource flow

• Supporting and mentoring electricians

Shift Pattern

• 10-hour shifts

• 12 days on, 2 days off

• Must be available to work every other weekend

• This role is fully site-based

Requirements

• Gold ECS Supervisor Card

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)

• City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent (Testing & Inspection)

• SSSTS or SMSTS

• Demonstrable supervisory experience on large, live construction sites

• Familiarity with working under a Principal Contractor

• Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, site coordination, and safety protocols

• Based locally in or near Cheshire
