You’ll play a key role in delivering insightful analysis and reporting that drives strategic decisions across the business.We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and is confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.Our ClientOur client is a well-established hospitality group with a strong presence across the UK. They are known for their commitment to quality, sustainability, and a people-first culture.The RoleThis is a broad and varied FP&A Analyst role offering exposure across the business:
  • Delivering daily, weekly, and monthly trading analysis
  • Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Producing KPI reports and monthly performance decks
  • Building analytical tools to support decision-making
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Main DutiesYou’ll be a key part of the Commercial Finance team, helping to shape financial strategy:
  • Analyse trading performance and identify trends
  • Prepare monthly KPI dashboards and board packs
  • Support the FP&A Manager with forecasts and budgets
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and project support
  • Liaise with the Management Accounts team to ensure smooth month-end processes
The Successful CandidateWe’re looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, and a great communicator:
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Comfortable presenting insights to senior stakeholders
  • Part or fully qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent)
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
