Revive Recruitment are looking for a Telephone Researcher to join a highly successful Research team. Primarily this role consists of researching to a high level using the telephone, internet, and other communication sources to generate opportunities for customers.

Position Title: Telephone Researcher

Location: Ellesmere Port/Hybrid (2 x days working from home)

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday & 8.30am to 3.00pm Friday

What will you be doing?

·Researching projects to a high level using the telephone, internet, and other communication sources to generate opportunities for customers.

·Interacting directly with customers through the internal CRM systems to answer queries and questions on relevant information.

·Managing your own workload to ensure all information is current, accurate and delivered in a timely manner to meet department expectations.

·Achieving KPI measures around research volume and quality of data gathered.

·Liaising with other colleagues within the business.

·Building relationships with contacts within the industry sector.

·Be open to performing other tasks as the manager and business requires.

The perfect Researcher will have:

·Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an outbound or inbound calling role, this could be in Research, Debt Collection, Account Management, Sales, Customer Service etc

·An effective Communicator and active listener with an excellent telephone manner.

·Experience working towards and achieving KPI’s.

·Resilience and great work ethic

·Dedication and commitment to producing consistently high-quality output.

·A team player, with a sound understanding of the role you can play in helping the wider team to succeed.

·Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel or similar.

·Experience of using CRM systems, analytical skills.
