This dual-role position will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while providing support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.The Role:• Handle customer queries related to orders, delivery schedules, and product availability• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales orders, quotations, and customer correspondence• Setting up new supplier accounts• Assist in the processing of sales orders, ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately• Maintain customer records on their system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.• Manage general office operations• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a point of contact for any issues• General administration The candidate:• Previous experience in an administration role • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with other departments• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Computer literacy in application of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook • Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentImportant Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
