Description:

We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant/Advisor to strengthen the existing team that is in place. The business has organically grown to its current size, and will look to continue on this steady trajectory. We are ideally looking for someone with product knowledge across Group Risk & Healthcare however if you are single skilled in either then please apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage own bank of clients

  • Explore and develop additional business opportunities with new and existing clients

  • Consult with clients and new business prospects on all aspects of employee benefits in the UK, working closely with the directors

  • Deal with scheme renewals and pre-renewal calls, ensuring they are diarised

  • Oversee and ensure that market-competitive quotes are obtained

  • Write renewal and recommendation reports to be signed off by the division directors

  • Manage and be responsible for the day-to-day relationship with clients

  • Take ownership of more complex and technical queries

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within group risk or employee benefits

  • Knowledge of Group Life, Income Protection, Critical Illness, and Private Medical Insurance schemes

  • Strong organisational, data management, and communication skills

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

  • Providing expert consulting advice to new and existing clients

  • Relevant qualifications are a bonus
