Location: Ellesmere Port

Salary: 35k to 40k (depending on experience) + uncapped commission

About the Role:

This is more than just a billing role - it's a stepping stone to leadership.

You'll be responsible for:

Managing and developing a warm desk within the education sector (primary, secondary or SEND)
Building strong relationships with schools and education professionals
Delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences
Mentoring junior consultants and supporting their development
Contributing to the strategic growth of the Ellesmere Port branch
